Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Jewelry & Hygiene Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all jewelry is final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes stainless steel jewelry and beaded jewelry.

We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps us maintain the highest standards for all customers.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Jewelry (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to assist you and make it right.

Return Process

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
